About

Lounge & Leather (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) makes leather and velvet booths, club chairs, sofas, bar stools and lounge tables for cocktail bars, cigar lounges, whiskey bars and members' clubs. Every piece is made to order in our own production base in Lecong, Foshan, China, with leather, foam, size and finish specified per project, approved on shop drawings, then shipped factory-direct by sea.

Why Lounge & Leather exists

Bars, cigar lounges and members' clubs ask more of furniture than almost any other hospitality space. Guests stay for hours, the lighting is low, drinks get spilled and the room has to look better at midnight than it did at opening. Most commercial furniture catalogues are built around fast-turnover restaurant dining, while most leather furniture is built for living rooms. Lounge & Leather (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) was set up to sit between the two: seating with the proportions and comfort of a private club, built to commercial standards.

How we work

Everything starts with a drawing. You send a floor plan, ideas and a seat-count target; we return a seating proposal and a quote. Once the scope is agreed, we prepare shop drawings for every piece, showing dimensions, frame, foam build-up, leather, stitching and base finish, and we send leather and finish swatches. Nothing is cut until you sign. For larger orders or new designs we build a pre-production sample so you can check comfort before the full run.

We make to order. That means you choose the run length of a booth, the back height, the depth of a club chair seat, the tufting pattern and the brass tone. It also means honest timelines: typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, confirmed in each quote.

The factory

Our production base is in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong, China. Lecong is the world's largest furniture trading hub, and its supply chains for hardwood, foam, leather, metalwork and stone sit within a short drive of our workshop. That is what lets us build a booth, a steel-framed stool and a stone-topped table for the same room and ship them in one container. We do not pretend to be a local workshop in your city; we are a Chinese manufacturer shipping direct, and we think that is a strength when you want custom work at contract scale.

Who we work with

Cocktail bar and speakeasy operators, cigar lounge and whiskey bar owners, members' clubs, hotel bar operators, and the interior designers and fit-out contractors who deliver those projects in the US, the UK and the Gulf.

EASEN project experience

Across the wider EASEN business, our team has supplied seating for a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Those projects taught us how commercial seating actually wears under daily service, and that experience goes into every Lounge & Leather piece.

How we work

  1. 1

    Brief and floor plan

Send your plan, mood images and seat count target. We reply with a seating proposal, recommended leathers and a budget quote, usually including a note on capacity and aisle clearances.

  2. 2

    Shop drawings and swatches

We draw every piece with dimensions, foam build-up, frame and finish callouts. Leather and finish swatches ship to you. Nothing is cut until you sign the drawings.

  3. 3

    Pre-production sample

For larger orders or new designs we build a sample, such as one booth section or one club chair, and send photos and video, or the piece itself, for approval of comfort and detailing.

  4. 4

    Production and inspection

Frames, foam and upholstery are made in our Lecong workshop. Each piece is checked against the approved drawing, photographed and wrapped for export before loading.

  5. 5

    Shipping and installation

We consolidate the order into one container where possible and ship FOB, CIF or DDP. Booths arrive in labelled sections with joining hardware and a layout sheet for your installer.
