In a cigar lounge or whiskey bar, every lounge chair needs a surface within arm's reach for a glass or an ashtray. The Brass-Top Drum is that table: 21.5 in (55 cm) high, so the top sits near the arm of a club chair, with a small footprint that fits between chairs.
The column is turned from walnut-stained hardwood in a waisted drum shape, weighted at the base so the table resists tipping when brushed by a passing guest. The brushed-brass top is heat-tolerant and easy to wipe clean, and the finish takes on a soft patina over time.
