Most bars have a food menu and not enough tables to serve it on. The Three-Pin Black Vein is a dining-height table for the eating side of the room: a jet-black sintered-stone top cut with white veins, banded in a deep matte bronze edge, at the same 29½ in (75 cm) as any restaurant table.
Three tapered walnut legs splay out from beneath the top, and a tripod stands on any floor without rocking. The splayed legs also leave the corners of a small square clear, which matters when you are squeezing a table in beside a booth. Set it next to cognac leather and the walnut ties the two together.
Construction
- Sintered-stone top, black with white veining
- Deep matte bronze metal edge band
- Three tapered solid walnut legs
- Floor glides on each foot
Sintered stone is non-porous and wipes clean after a plate of wings, which is easier work than natural marble. Use it as the dinner table in a whiskey bar's dining corner or as an upgrade over laminate tables in a lounge's food section.
