Curved booths are the most requested seats in any bar, and usually the highest-spending, because a group of five or six can face one another around one table. The Horseshoe wraps an approximately 47 in (120 cm) inner radius, with vertical channels radiating along the curve and a solid wood cap that bends with the back.
Bending a wood cap and a brass footrail to a true radius is real workshop skill; most suppliers splice straight sections and the joins show. Ours follow the curve in one line. The plinth is set back about 3 in (8 cm) under the seat, so feet have room and the booth looks lighter.
Construction
- Laminated hardwood curved frame
- Radiating vertical channels in oxblood leather; sprung seat
- Walnut-stained curved cap; curved brass footrail
- Pairs with a 35.5 in (90 cm) round pedestal table
The radius can be adjusted to your corner or window bay; send the plan and we will draw it to fit.
